Using Striata's long color changing stripes, Faye has designed an ingenious way to create an unique scarf by making lace hexagons that harmoniously blend together in a scarf. Using two colorways of Striata, Faye created the hexagons that are then arranged as you want them to flow.

The hexagons themselves are perfect mini projects that can be worked up after dinner, on the go, or sitting in a waiting room, etc. Each hexagon is started from the outer edge with a garter stitch border and worked towards the lacey middle. Hexagons are then arranged and sewn together.

KIT INCLUDES:  2 different color skeins of Striata and a print pattern with download code.

    Striata is lovingly hand-dyed in long meandering color blocks. The color changes are so gradual you'll hardly notice them evolving under your hook or needles.  To appreciate Striata fully, choose projects that use the entire skein.
