MN Northern Lights: Worsted

Small batch, hand dyed yarn inspired by the Northwoods of Minnesota

Minnesota Northern Lights was inspired by my first time seeing the Northern Lights in my own backyard! The purples and greens were soft and muted and dancing across the sky!

Fingering: 75% Superwash Merino Wool, 25% Nyon. 437 yds/100grams
Worsted: 100% Superwash Merino Wool. 218 yds/100 gram
DK: 100% Superwash Merino Wool. 220 yds/100grams

With hand dyed yarn, there is a lot of variation, even if they were dyed together in the same dyelot.  We recommend alternating skeins as you go to avoid an obvious transition line.  

Each skein is washed to remove excess dye, however some bleeding may occur. Please wash separately or with like colors for the first few washes. 

Screens depict color slightly differently-please be aware that colors in person and from screen to screen may vary slightly.
