Granny Christmas Baubles

Learn to crochet some cute Christmas baubles - just in time to  decorate your tree or give as a gift!

Instructor: Shari Besser

Cost: $35 plus Materials (baubles provided)

Dates: Saturday, November 7, 10:00am-12:30pm

Level: Prior to this class, you need to be comfortable with slip stitch, chaining, single crochet and double crochet. Advanced Beginner Plus - this will be a fast paced class, please do not sign up unless you are confident in your SC and DC skills. This is not a learn to crochet class. This class is for participants age 16+.

Skills: We will use the stitches above to make granny squares, as well as learning the Spike Stitch and how to sew the two halves together.

• Bauble ornament will be provided in class
• 3-6 colors of DK weight yarn. Suggested: Rowan Summerlite DK or Sirdar Happy Cotton
• Size 2.5-3.5mm crochet hook
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle 

Instructor Bio: From Shari Besser – “I’ve been teaching classes since 1998, when my twins graduated from high school, and Zandy from Zandy’s yarn shop took a chance on me! I learn more from people than I teach! My grandma taught me to crochet and knit a bit, but a friend sat me down and taught me the basics, I’m so thankful for her! I’m still learning and in awe of what so many accomplish. I might be a familiar face as I’ve taught at a few shops!
