Building With Lace

Building With Lace is a carefully designed sequence of patterns that introduce knitters to lace work starting with the basics and working towards more difficult patterns to make one very elegant shawl/wrap. Following the same format as Michelle’s earlier books, Building Blocks and Building in Color, Building with Lace is the long awaited addition to this educational series!

As an added bonus, all the techniques featured in this book are supported with online video instruction that we will send you prior to class each month. This will prepare you for the techniques you will learn in class.

Stop into the shop to see a sample of this wrap knit in Hikoo Riley yarn!

Instructor Bio: From Shari Besser – “I’ve been teaching classes since 1998, when my twins graduated from high school, and Zandy from Zandy’s yarn shop took a chance on me! I learn more from people than I teach! My grandma taught me to crochet and knit a bit, but a friend sat me down and taught me the basics, I’m so thankful for her! I’m still learning and in awe of what so many accomplish. I might be a familiar face as I’ve taught at a few shops!”
